Escrow questions, answered clearly.

Escrow protects the agreed payment while the seller completes delivery. Neither party can withdraw the held amount directly. It moves only through release, refund, or dispute resolution.
The buyer funds the full agreed amount from their available account balance after both parties are attached to the deal.
After the seller marks the deal delivered, the buyer reviews it and releases the funds. A disputed deal remains locked until admin review.
Either party can cancel before the deal is funded. After funding, use deal messages to resolve concerns or open a dispute when necessary.
Include the exact item or service, expected proof or files, delivery date, acceptance criteria, amount, currency, and inspection period.
Funds remain held. An administrator reviews the agreement, deal messages, delivery record, and the explanation provided, then releases the funds to the seller or refunds the buyer.
No. The invited user must sign in with the exact counterparty email saved on the deal.
No. Your available balance can be used for funding or payout. Once a buyer funds a deal, that amount becomes held funds and is no longer available to spend.
